Brenda McLean, Practice and Data Network Manager
Brenda is a Certified Professional Coder and is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders. Brenda has been working in Billing for ten plus years, and her experience includes general medical billing as well as gynecological and mental health billing and pre-certification. She has worked with Medicaid billing and Managed Care Organizations and has an understanding of the insurance industry related to medical billing. Brenda earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Central Michigan University and went on to obtain a Masters of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Resources.

Terri brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience to SCHA-MI. Terri earned her Business Administration degree while working for a commercial insurance carrier. Starting within the industry as a claim adjuster, she quickly continued her career growth serving as a Quality Assurance Auditor and Trainer launching her into a Benefit Administration Manager position. Her career path moved her into a Business Project Senior Analyst and Resource Planner and then to a Corporate Project Manager. Just prior to joining SCHA-MI, Terri performed duties as a Field Review Coordinator and collected healthcare data with the purpose of improving patient outcomes and financial performance in the healthcare industry.

Mary-Kate Bosworth, Practice Management and Billing Specialist
Mary-Kate came to SCHA-MI with a very strong background in customer service and a tenacious attitude for results. Mary-Kate attended Ross Medical Education Center earning a Certificate in Medical Billing and Insurance. Mary-Kate has worked with several non profit organizations giving her tremendous insight when working with SCHA-MI members and clients.
